John has been a financial planner since 1988, advising a broad range of clients including senior executives, on retirement and wealth accumulation strategies. Prior to establishing FMD Sydney, John held several senior management positions within a major national financial planning group. This included the position of National Practice Leader (7 offices, 110 staff) which involved operational, strategic and marketing responsibilities. Prior to joining the Financial Planning industry in 1988, John held several corporate accounting and tax advisory roles for such groups as Shell, ACI and Comalco. John brings to FMD expertise in all facets of personal financial planning. John is a member of the Rotary club of Sydney Darling Harbour.

[ Paul Toslini ] CFP®, MEng Sci, BE, Dip FP
Paul has been a financial planner since 1987, advising a broad range of clients including senior executives, on retirement and wealth accumulation strategies. Prior to establishing FMD Sydney, Paul practiced financial planning in several leading financial planning groups. Previously, Paul also held the position of Office Manager, responsible for the practice management of a team of 15 staff. Prior to joining the Financial Planning industry, Paul practiced as a professional engineer for 10 years with a number of large organisations such as Honeywell and Pacific Power. Paul brings to FMD expertise in all facets of personal financial planning.

[ Ros Johannesen ] CFP®, BBus, Dip FP
Ros has been a financial planner since 1997, advising a broad range of clients including senior executives, on retirement and wealth accumulation strategies. Prior to establishing FMD Sydney, Ros practiced as a Senior Financial Planner for a leading financial planning group, attained the status of Principal and was a member of the Investment Committee of this group. Prior to joining the Financial Planning industry, Ros held the positions of Business Analyst (2 years) for a joint venture company, Group Accountant (3 years) for a management consulting firm and Financial Controller (4 years) for a leading human resources and career management firm. Ros brings to FMD expertise in all facets of personal financial planning.
